These sessions are designed to support healing from injuries, managing conditions, building functional strength +  movement, grounding, embodiment, stress release, and overall wellbeing through accessible, body-based practices.

In these individual and group sessions we will address your specific injuries and goals through a holistic combination of Pilates, physical therapy principles, fascial therapies, neuromuscular + muskoskeletal principles, & traction. We will use various physical therapy tools to support this process.​
